In simple words : the basic laws or rules of a country or organization .
Dr.B.R.Ambedkar was the chairman of the Drafting Committee. He was a social revolutionary, thinker and agitator against caste divisions and caste-based inequalities. Dr. Ambedkar played a key role in the making of the constitution but had a different understanding of how inequalities could be removed.
On this day 70 years ago — November 26, 1949 — the Constituent Assembly of India adopted our Constitution. Since 2015, this day has been observed as the Constitution Day of India, also known as Samvidhan Divas.
Why is a constitution important? A constitution is important because it ensures that those who make decisions on behalf of the public fairly represent public opinion. It also sets out the ways in which those who exercise power may be held accountable to the people they serve. The constitution forms the basic structure of any government: The constitution of any country is important because of the fact that it lays down all the legal and cultural aspects under which its people and the governmental bodies will be governed and that too when there are foreign interactions in the personal affairs ..

• Lets come to topic of child begger and constitution.

1. Who is a child according to Indian constitution?
The 1989 United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child defines a child as an individual who has not attained the age of 18 years. In India, different laws define the words 'child' and 'minor' differently. At the receiving end of this ambiguity are children between the ages of 15-18.

2. What are the 12 rights of a child in India?
India, a child has the right to be protected from neglect, exploitation, and abuse at home and elsewhere. Children have the right to be protected from the incidence of abuse, exploitation, violence, neglect, commercial sexual exploitation, trafficking, child labour, and harmful traditional practices to name a few.

3. The Constitution of India guarantees all children certain rights, which have been specially included for them. ... Right to free and compulsory elementary education for all children in the 6-14 year age group (Article 21 A).
